Return Policy
Items are eligible for return if they are:
- Unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged
- With original tags intact
- Requested within 3 days from the date of delivery
Refund Details:
- Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer
- It may take up to 10 working days after approval
Important Refund Conditions:
- If an order is placed using express delivery, the express delivery charges will not be refunded
- If the order is placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), the COD charges will not be refunded, if applicable
Damaged / Incorrect Product
- If the shipment is torn or damaged, customers may refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately
- For incomplete or incorrect items, a clear unboxing video is required
- For defective products, clear images or videos must be shared for verification

Based on eligibility, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to self-ship the item to us at the address - C-2, M/81, Sector - B, Sitapur Road Scheme, Lucknow -226021, Behind Sanior Hospital.
For exchanges involving defective or damaged items, we will require a video of the product being unboxed showing the damage to ensure a smooth process.

Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
- No cancellations will be accepted after this period
Exchange Policy
We are happy to assist with exchanges if the following conditions are met:
- The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
- The item retains its original tags and packaging.
- The exchange request is made within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- We will process exchanges only for defective, damaged, or size-related issues.
- Courier charges are applicable on every order exchange.
