Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

• The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
  

• The item is in its original tags and packaging.
  

• Returns are only accepted for defective products or incorrect sizes.
  

• Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, typically within 5-7 working days.
  

• Refunds will either be issued via Bank Transfer or Coupon Codes, based on your preference.

A convenience fee of ₹300 will apply on every return request placed.

2. Based on eligibility, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to self-ship the item to us at the address - C-2, M/81, Sector - B, Sitapur Road Scheme, Lucknow -226021, Behind Sanior Hospital.

3. Returns are eligible for only one request per order.

 

Exchange Policy

We are happy to assist with exchanges if the following conditions are met:

• The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
  

• The item retains its original tags and packaging.
  

• The exchange request is made within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  

• We will process exchanges only for defective, damaged, or size-related issues.
  

• The first exchange is free. For subsequent exchanges, a nominal fee of ₹200 will apply.

• Sale Items: SALE items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request an exchange or return, provided you supply a clear unboxing video or relevant images for verification.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Once this period has passed, the order will be processed and cancellation will no longer be possible.
