How do I care for my garment?
Urviya garments are delicately hand-embroidered. To preserve their beauty, we suggest gentle hand wash or dry cleaning only. Machine washing may damage the intricate threads and detailing.
Do you customize products?
Yes, we do offer customisations on special request. For minimal additional cost, our team can personalise your piece to suit your preference. Please note that customised products may have different return or exchange policies, which will be shared with you at the time of request.

How can I make payments on the website?

When will I receive my order?
→ Once your order is confirmed, we usually dispatch it within 3–5 working days. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

I have received only part of my order. When will I get the rest?
→ We ship all your pieces together as soon as they are ready. In case you receive only part shipment, please reach out to us on admin@urviya.in and our customer care team will look into it as soon as possible.
I want to change my address/size/phone number for a pending order. What should I do?
→ Please reach out to us at admin@urviya.in at the earliest, and our team will assist you with the changes if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet.
Exchange, Refund & Cancellations
How can I exchange my product?
→ If you’d like to exchange your order, please write to us within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, we’ll arrange for your exchange.
I want to cancel my order and get a refund. Who should I contact?
→ You can email us at admin@urviya.in with your order details. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll process the cancellation and initiate your refund. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
