Return Policy

Items are eligible for return if they are:

• Unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged
• With original tags intact
• Requested within 3 days from the date of delivery

Refund Details:

• Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer
• It may take up to 10 working days after approval

Important Refund Conditions:

• If an order is placed using express delivery, the express delivery charges will not be refunded
• If the order is placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), the COD charges will not be refunded, if applicable

Damaged / Incorrect Product

• If the shipment is torn or damaged, customers may refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately
• For incomplete or incorrect items, a clear unboxing video is required
• For defective products, clear images or videos must be shared for verification

Based on eligibility, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to self-ship the item to us at the address - C-2, M/81, Sector - B, Sitapur Road Scheme, Lucknow -226021, Behind Sanior Hospital.

For exchanges involving defective or damaged items, we will require a video of the product being unboxed showing the damage to ensure a smooth process.

• Each item is eligible for return/exchange only once

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
• No cancellations will be accepted after this period
